I help you get clear on your own purpose, align your leadership team, and build the shared direction that makes everything from communication to decision-making easier. This is the work that doesn't happen in board meetings or strategy sessions. It starts with you and it continues with regular check-ins to keep you leading from clarity. For your emerging leaders: I run structured leadership development programs that turn your managers into decisive, self-directed leaders who can make calls, lead change, and communicate at an executive level without needing your constant intervention.

MonthlyWe'll work together to create a set of Personalized Goals for you to work toward. Whether its becoming a more confident communicator, gaining executive presence, learning how to be a strong decision maker, or something else that you feel is holding you back, we'll identify it and create the steps that get you from here to there. We'll meet twice a month to work through progress and challenges. You'll receive practice and resources along the way to keep you on track and help you with skill and knowledge gaps. Monthly subscription includes 2 50 minute 1:1 Coaching Calls per month and email support between calls.
