I'm a fractional GTM and CFO executive with a background at Microsoft and HP. I co-founded ROV Partners, a revenue operations and go-to-market consulting firm helping growth-stage companies build the infrastructure to scale: cleaner pipeline, better unit economics, and financial models that drive decisions. On the GTM side, I work with founders and revenue leaders on sales motion design, RevOps buildout, and accelerator programs. On the CFO side, I specialize in pre-seed and seed-stage companies that need cash flow discipline, scenario modeling, and investor-ready financial infrastructure. Not a controller, not a bookkeeper. I work with a small number of clients at a time. The intro call is where we figure out if there's a real fit.
